Controversy has erupted on the Benue Facebook circle as a young businesswoman, Mercy Ngumimi tattooed a business man’s name on the inner recess of her laps as a sign of loyalty to solicit financial support for her business. Both Ngumimi and the business man Haayav Tombu Peter are from Benue state.
Ngumimi in the tattoo which was posted on her wall on Facebook and has since gone viral informed the business man that he was her role model because of his support for upcoming Benue youths.

“Dear sir @Haakyav Tombu Peter My name is Boikyaa Ngumimi Mercy, a graduate of the prestigious Benue state university, an entrepreneur and a content creator based in Abuja. I would like to use this platform to appreciate all you have done for Benue youths in your own little way, it’s takes the innate generosity of a man to constantly look out for the betterment of his people, thank you so much for the support you have shown Benue youths so far.
“This is me unveiling the proposed tattoo! sir! You are my role model, my mentor and above all I have a strong feeling that I won’t cross path with a philanthropist like you and my life would remain the de same, sir I have faith in you.
“Over the yrs I have watched you here, and I must say I agree with 90 percent of your speeches here except for the stwar aspect but who am I to correct my mentor, if anybody mess up they should collect.
“I choose this write up because I respect your surname and for the independent money, it is the main reason why I started loving what you preach here because only a few understand the power of owning what is yours and not being dependable (sic) on anyone, and that is the main reason why I call you my role model.
“Sir! all I ask for is a loan of at least 12 to 15million naira, at the HARRY P LOGISTICS,to better my brand MIMI’STRENDZDYNASY, a registered brand as seen below, that has been in existence for more than 3 yrs but has been suffering to grow because of lack of funds and support, As you can see your name boldly written on me, that is how much I’m loyal to you, do this for me and will forever remain grateful to you sir .
“Even if you dash me money today it will finish but if you empower me, you have empower a whole generation thank you”
In a terse reply, Haakyav Peter who did not give any commitment on whether he would meet the request wrote:
“My sister and a fan of Ordubu Deli Benjamin Mercy Ngumimi no matter what I will give you e no go reach this show of love. I’m surprised haven’t even seen you before
Thank you, it doesn’t matter if you did the right thing u just deserved my appreciation
